If you have any feedback good or bad on the products and services we provide, we would love to hear it.

We try very hard to provide the best products and services to our customers, but as hard as we try, we might not always get it right.

All concerns, whether verbal or written will be taken seriously and dealt with through our customer complaints procedure.

Wherever possible verbal concerns will be dealt with immediately. Where concerns cannot be dealt with straight away, or are made in writing, customers should expect a response within 28 days.

If necessary, complaints will be escalated to a Director. Training complaints will be escalated to the Learning and Performance Institute.
