Runtime Error ‘-2147417848 (800101108)’: Automation Error The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.
FIXED: When trying to convert a file using one of Dolphin’s Alt Format products, the above error is displayed.
This may occur if Microsoft Office 2010 is installed and a legacy Dolphin product is in use.
- If you are using Dolphin EasyProducer, please ensure you are running version 2.03 or later for Office 2010 support.
- If you are using Dolphin EasyConverter, please ensure you are using version 5.04 or later for Office 2010 support.
