TIP: Read DAISY with your choice of synthesiser
Using an alternative synthesiser to read aloud your Digital Talking Books
Did you know that you are not limited to listening to your Digital Talking Books with the voice they were created with?
EasyReader, Dolphin's DAISY DTB reading software, allows to you to have the books read with your choice of synthesiser. You can select any SAPI synthesiser that is installed on your PC.
To do this simply open the "Preferences" window within EasyReader (Control + P), then choose the "Playback" tab, next press the "Set voice" button which will open a new window listing all your available synths. Choose the voice you would like to hear and click OK.
