Using Microsoft Word to create digital talking books with EasyProducer.
Chapter 1: Introduction
Dolphin EasyProducer is a plug-in for Microsoft Word that allows you to quickly and easily convert a Microsoft Word document into a DTB with the aid of a SAPI 5 compliant synthesiser.
The DTB can be played in any DAISY 2.02 compliant player including both hardware and software players. Dolphin EasyProducer comes with Dolphin EasyReader; this is Dolphin's own DTB software player.
A DTB created using Dolphin EasyProducer will retain headings and page breaks defined in your document. This will help in the navigation of text in a DTB player.
In addition, Dolphin EasyProducer version 1.50 and later releases retain alternative text descriptions assigned to images.
