The warranty supplied with Dell PCs and laptops from Dolphin is provided by Dell.
Dell's 'European Collect and Return Service' (CAR Service) is a support service designed to assist in giving you peace of mind. Should your Dell system develop a fault, Dell's CAR Service can provide a 6-day collect, repair and return service.
Dolphin's support team will support you through Dell's troubleshooting processes, especially where accessibility is an issue. However when speaking directly to a Dell telephone technical support technician, please make them aware of your visual impairment, as exceptions may be made to their troubleshooting procedures and policies.
Dell will first ask you to explore and use their online support resources. Secondly they will troubleshoot your problems via their "Dell telephone technical support" service. A confirmed diagnosis from this team will then give you access to their European Collect and Return Service covering labour and the repair or replacement of parts in the main system (including monitor, keyboard and mouse if not ordered separately).
