DAISY and EasyReader Express used for life-saving information

Here is a fantastic use of DAISY talking books and EasyReader Express to provide public information in an accessible format.

To help support the recovery effort following the earthquake and tsunami disaster, Japan DAISY Consortium has launched a webpage to circulate critical life-saving information in DAISY talking book format.

All of the information has been made available in the accessible DAISY talking book format, and EasyReader Express has been added so that everyone can open the books, even if they don’t own a DAISY player themselves.
