NB: Please note that product names in this article may have changed since the time of writing.
After Windows 10 has updated with the April 2018 Update (1803) SuperNova may display a "Magnification Engine Failed to Start. Code 7" error message depending on the Display Adapter in your device.
There are a number of ways in which you can resolve this issue:
- Import the "DisableOverlays" registry key from the zip file and then restart your computer, the registry key is available to download from https://downloads.yourdolphin.com/disableoverlays.zip
- Download and reinstall the SuperNova web demo from the Dolphin website - choose the "Legacy Downloads" if you are not currently running the latest version.
- Update to SuperNova v20.01 or later (you will require a valid license) and ensure you have restarted the PC after the install.
