When using a Yahoo email account and trying to save an email to the drafts folder in GuideConnect, an error messaging containing the phrase “Failed to save to the drafts folder” will appear. Some users may also experience a situation where they are unable to return to the main menu.
Unfortunately, we are still trying to resolve the issue where a user is unable to save an email to drafts, however. If a user is experiencing the second issue mentioned, where you are unable to return to the main menu, they will find the pressing SHIFT + ESC will allow them to return the main menu.
