This is an issue that we are having at the moment with version 1.09, this will be fixed in the next version of Guide Connect (1.10).

Good Morning,

Thanks for the post, the instructions on how to change the screen colour are as followed:

1) From the Main Menu, then Settings (Number 9).
2) Go to Apprerance (Number 1).
3) Choose the screen colours to your liking.

Hi There,

The key to press is the F6 key, this will activate the voice input. There is a 3 second delay where if you dont talk, it will turn off, you will then need to press F6 again to continue.

Good Afternoon, The best option would be to upgrade your supernova to version 17 and beyonD. The reason being that MS Mail is compatible with version 17 upwards. Yes, if you had Guide 9 you can import your contacts and previous emails. In order to do this you will have to get in touch with Dolphin Technical Support on 01905 754765 or email them on support@yourdolphin.com.
