Guide Connect Resetting

I have installed Guide Connect, inputted my email details etc. But everytime I shut down the PC my Guide Connect has been reset. Why is this?

Good Afternoon,

Thanks for the post, this could be because the setting "reset on exit" might be turned on. Follow the steps below and see if this works:

1) In the Guide Connect main menu, go to option 9 for settings.
2) In the settings menu, go to the last option labelled "Advanced".
3) Go to the second option labelled "Reset on exit" and make sure this is off.
4) Input your email settings again, shut down the PC and see if the ettings are retained.
