Google has launched a dedicated disability support team
In a positive move for people using assistive technology, and for greater visibility in the wider environment, the Google accessibility team has launched a dedicated disability support team.
The disability support team will be available exclusively through email, and currently only in the English language, with limited US based opening hours; although Google has already stated they will be looking to add other channels and langages in the future. The team is available to answer questions about using assistive technology with Google products and accessibility features and functionalities within Google products, and aims to respomd within 72 hours.
As always it's great to see gloabl organisations taking accessibility seriously and investing time and money in supporting all users, whatever their additional needs.
Of course, our own Dolphin technical support team are also available to answer any queries you may have around Dolphin software, and how it interacts with other technology. Call them on 01905 754577, email firstname.lastname@example.org or, if you're in the UK, book a call back at a time and date to suit you.
