We're Finalists!

At Dolphin we're dedicated to developing new talent; employing young apprentices in differing roles in the company. They work alongside more experienced colleagues and study at the same time; working towards becoming knowledgeable and qualified while gaining on the job know-how.

This year we've reached the final of the Small Apprentice Employer of the Year category, in the Worcester Apprentice Awards run by Worcester City Council. The awards evening takes place on Thursday 12th November, so we'll be keeping everything crossed that we win!

Ultimately, the real winners are the apprentices, who develop essential workplace skills that form the backbone of their future careers. Dale Daniels and Ben Rendle graduated from their IT apprenticeships earlier this month. Dale, pictured left, works in our testing department; ensuring that our product releases are of the high standard and quality our users deserve. Ben, pictured right, works in our support team answering queries and advising resolutions.

Guide Dog Len works at Dolphin too, but his main role is lying under Ben's desk, which is why he isn't wearing a graduation outfit!

Well done Dale and Ben - you're a credit to Dolphin and yourselves!
