They ahve around 19,000 audio books and record approximately 1,100 new titles every year; with books for both children and adults, and study literature for students at universities, colleges and vocational schools. The service is used by over 30,000 across Norway, and employs 50 people.
The accessible library is available to anyone with a print impairment, and registration is required to use join. A professional must confirm that you have reading difficulties that require the necessary literature unless you are blind or partially sighted person and registered in the Norwegian Association of Blind Persons and then no documentation is required.
