Topic: When you start SuperNova through a Citrix XenApp 7.x session, you receive an error message “Support Message code 11” and are prompted to run the software in “Emergency Mode”.

When you attempt to start SuperNova through a Citrix XenApp 7.6 client, you receive the above error message and are prompted to run in Emergency Mode. Choosing to “install components and restart” the computer does not resolve the issue.
To resolve this problem you must enable “Legacy Graphics Mode” in Citrix. This setting is found in:
Citrix Studio > Policies > ICA > Graphics > Legacy Graphics Mode (enable)
