Description

When you attempt to start SuperNova on you receive the above error message and are prompted to run in Emergency Mode. Choosing to “install components and restart” the computer does not resolve the issue.

Solution

This may occur if one of the dolphin services is not running.

  1. Press WINDOWS KEY + R. the “Run…” dialog box opens.
  2. Type services.msc and press ENTER. The Windows “Services” dialog box opens.
  3. From the list of services open the one named “Dolphin Cbar2 Service
  4. Ensure that “Automatic” is selected from the “Startup Type” list box, and press the “Start” button if the service is not running.

SuperNova can now be loaded successfully.
