When you attempt to navigate a web page, the speech just announces “top” or “bottom” and you are unable to read any part of the web page.
We are aware of an issue that affects a limited number of users, where this may occur due to a fault in the Windows accessibility – in this case, attempting to do the same process using a third party screen reader in Google Chrome will exhibit the same issue.
Microsoft are aware of this issue but to date we have no known solution other than a reinstall of windows 10, or if you are not running the latest build of Windows, updating to the very latest build can also correct this.
