You can attach a file or files stored on your computer to an email you are composing. The files will then be sent to the recipient along with the email message.

To do this:

In your email, press ALT to move to the top menu bar. ARROW RIGHT to the "Insert" tab item then press DOWN ARROW to move to the "File attachment" button and press SPACEBAR. An "Open" dialog box will open. SHIFT + TAB twice to move focus into the file list, use the Arrow Keys to select the file and then press ENTER. If the file is in a different folder, use BACKSPACE to go one level up and use ENTER to open folders until you select the file and then press ENTER. Mail closes the dialog box and attaches the file.
