Renewing an SMA for SuperNova or Upgrade Agreement for GuideConnect
Alongside the 2026 pricing, Dolphin is also introducing improvements for the purchase of Software Maintenance Agreements (SMA) and Upgrades. These changes are outlined below:
Renewing an SMA for SuperNova, or Upgrade Agreement for GuideConnect
Customers are able to renew their SMA or Upgrade Agreement if their current agreement is active or has expired within the last 12 months (regardless of whether a new major version has been released in the meantime).
If you are renewing an agreement which has expired, the new agreement will be backdated to the original renewal date.
Upgrading to the latest version
Customers with an SMA or GuideConnect Upgrade Agreement which expired more than 12 months ago will need to purchase an Upgrade to access the latest version before they can purchase a new SMA or Upgrade Agreement.
