The Dolphin website detects your country and will display product prices according to availability in your country. You may be able to buy direct from our website (in this case a price will be displayed), or you may only be able to buy from a local dealer (in this case you will be able to choose a dealer and contact them for a quote). Our downloadable UK Catalogue specifies prices for UK customers only.
Discounts for UK disabled customers buying specific products for home use
Dolphin offers a special 15% discount in the UK for people who are registered blind or partially sighted buying Dolphin SuperNova and Dolphin ScreenReader for home use only. To apply for this discount, please tick the box during online purchase, or tell our Sales Team when you order by phone.
VAT exemption for UK customers with disabilities and registered charities
UK customers who are: registered as blind, partially sighted or assessed as dyslexic; and registered charities may qualify for VAT relief on purchases of qualifying items bought for personal use. If you’re eligible for VAT relief, please check the box during purchase or inform the Sales Team when placing a telephone order (note that it is against the law to provide mis-information about qualifying for VAT relief). You may be sent a declaration form which needs to be completed and returned to us in order to comply with HMRC legislation. No-obligation 28-day quotation
Our Sales Team will happily give you a quotation on request. The prices on the quotation is valid for 28 days, giving you plenty of time to decide if you want to go ahead and place an order. All quotations are subject to our Sales Terms and Conditions.
Placing an order
Not all our products are available to purchase from our website in all countries. If you cannot, or do not wish to, order online you can contact your local Dolphin Sales Team or choose from our network of local dealers in 40 countries around the world. If there is not currently a dealer operating in your country please contact our UK Sales Team to discuss your requirements.

If you have specific requirements, wish to purchase upgrades, multi-user licenses, or in bulk, or wish to pay by invoice, or for anything else, please contact our UK Sales Team or your local dealer.

Online orders can be paid for by credit or debit card, and we accept PayPal, VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, VISA Electron, and Maestro via our secure payment gateways. Phone orders can additionally be paid for by: cheque made payable for the full amount including postage to Dolphin Computer Access Ltd; or by bank transfer. Bank account details are available on your Dolphin quotation or invoice, or alternatively please contact our UK Sales Team for information. All customers are required to pay in full before shipping, apart from customers with agreed invoice terms.

Card security (CVV number)
In an effort to reduce credit card fraud, banks request that the card-holder provides the CVV or security number from the back of their card when purchasing online or over the phone. This is a unique 3-digit number found on the signature strip on the reverse of your card.
