This package is perfect for you if you are partially sighted or your sight is deteriorating and you aren't confident with computers or tablets.
It offers easy access to communication and a range of entertainment on your own TV screen, through a Dolphin remote control. GuideConnect connects through a discreet box that is wired to your own television.

Telephone Training
Packages come with two hours of GuideConnect user training by telephone. This must be claimed within one year of purchase. You can spread it out into two sessions: one for initial training and a second to help with a particular feature.
