Our Recruitment Process
At Dolphin we recognise that people are most important asset, and our success is dependent on having a talented workforce. Our recruitment process aims to identify people who are the very best at what they do to join the Dolphin family.
Once we receive you application form for a particular vacancy, we will contact you within 14 days. If invited to proceed with your application you can expect to take part in at least two of the following:
- Pre-interview programming challenge (software developers only)
- Competency-based interview
- Technical interview
- Technical/practical assessment
- Psychometric tests
- Whirlwind tour of the departments
- Interview with a Director
We always take up work and personal references.
