How to send your Braille conversion to an embosser

You can automatically send your Braille conversion to an embosser when you convert your document. To do this:

1. Make sure your embosser is connected to your computer, switched on, and contains the appropriate size of Braille paper in its feed.
2. Follow the steps to convert your document into Braille using Dolphin Converter.
3. Select your embosser from the ‘Embosser’ drop down menu in Dolphin Converter.
4. Select ‘Start’. Dolphin Converter will now convert your document into Braille. After the conversion is complete, your conversion will be automatically sent to your embosser and will start embossing.

Please note: You can only send your Braille conversion to an embosser during the conversion process. You cannot send your Braille conversion to an embosser after the conversion is complete unless you have commercial Braille editing software installed on your computer (e.g. WinBraille).
