We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our UK sales team to help us achieve our revenue growth efforts and showcase the value of Dolphin software.  You will play a critical role in helping customers, working to understand their needs, educate them about Dolphin software and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision.


  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Follow up and convert the inbound leads you are assigned
  • Maintain a good understanding of our products and services to ensure effectively communicating the value to both our technical and non-technical customers
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers. Understand customer needs, educate on all Dolphin software options available, answer any questions they may have and address any concerns or objections they may raise
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationship with customers, in particular B2B, to keep our customers onboard and ensure they renew their Dolphin contracts/subscriptions.  
  • Maintain accurate records of all your activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Sales administration including logging all customer orders on our ERP system 
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new accounts. Book well-qualified sales appointments based on UK sales team schedule (by video conferencing or in person)
  • Ensure regular check-ins with key accounts to ensure they are successfully using our products, ensure they are satisfied with the service and to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Deliver superior software demonstrations via video conferencing. Attend UK sales appointments, national and local industry exhibitions to demonstrate our software in person when required
  • Advocate for customers. Collaborate with the product, sales and marketing teams to ensure that customer insights and feedback is incorporated into product development and sales strategies. 

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer facing sales role working to targets 
  • Excellent verbal presentation, written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience of B2B sales would be desirable.
  • Experience in client presentations, preferably conducting software demonstrations would be desirable.
