GuideConnect 2026.03 Introduces New AI-Powered Reading and Writing Assistants

GuideConnect 2026.03 is now available, bringing powerful new Reading Assistant and Writing Assistant features, designed to make everyday reading and writing tasks easier, faster and more accessible.

The latest update helps GuideConnect users write letters and documents with greater confidence, while making lengthy emails quicker to read and easier to understand.

The new Writing Assistant can check text for spelling and grammar mistakes, improve clarity and rewrite content to make it friendlier, more professional or more concise. Whether you're writing an important letter, completing a document or responding to an email, the Writing Assistant helps ensure your message says exactly what you want it to.

Also new in this release is the Reading Assistant, which can summarise long emails or rewrite them using simpler language. This makes it easier to digest information quickly, helping you understand complex messages with confidence.

Alongside these new features, GuideConnect 2026.03 includes a range of improvements across books, emails, websites, documents and other everyday areas of the software, plus a significant behind-the-scenes upgrade to a 64-bit platform to improve compatibility and support future development.

Please note:
GuideConnect 2026.03 is available now in all supported languages outside the United States. The US release is scheduled for later this year, and will include support for NLS Version 2, pending final approval from the Library of Congress.  

The Reading Assistant and Writing Assistant are available exclusively to customers with an active GuideConnect Upgrade Agreement.
