All your software updates and upgrades are delivered to you, first and direct! Minor updates arrive via your Dolphin software and major upgrades are delivered by email. Prefer a DVD? No problem! Just request your upgrade arrives on DVD by post. As a SUP owner you are guaranteed to receive your upgrades first and hassle free!
Join the SuperNova Upgrade Program directly via Dolphin, your local Dolphin dealer or alongside new Dolphin software when purchased via the Dolphin website.
An SUP gives you access to all minor updates, as well as 2 major upgrades. Like for like, an SUP is a 50% saving compared to buying the same 2 upgrades. Plus as an SUP owner, you are first to receive the upgrades and they arrive direct via email.
Yes. You can add a SUP to any up to date licence of SuperNova . However, if your licence is an older version, an upgrade must be purchased first.
If you are UK customer, are registered as blind or partially sighted and purchase SuperNova with an SUP, your order will be eligible for VAT relief at 0%.
No. The SUP for individuals includes the next 2 major upgrades.
Once your SUP has expired, Dolphin or your Dolphin dealer will contact you to offer the chance to renew your SUP for a further 2 upgrades.
You will receive an email confirming you purchased an SUP, along with details of your SuperNova software and serial number. Please keep this email safe as evidence of your purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer paper copies of your email, but please feel free to print a copy of your email confirmation.
Software Maintance Agreements are available for all Dolphin software and provide the following benefits:

Yes. SMA for organisations are an annual reoccurring cost. Every 12 months (or longer if purchased for a longer term) you will receive a new invoice for the next 12 months, payable on 30 days credit.
Yes and no. Telephone and email support are automatically included with all Dolphin software, but an SMA gives you priority 8 hour support.
