We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with data to support our Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Finance Controller, duties include:
- Support the operations of the accounts and administration function to ensure timely processing of data.
- Accounts receivable
- Administration of Ecommerce payments
- Assisting with Purchase ledger
- Assisting with processing and allocating bank payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll
- Quarterly royalty reporting
- Support month end processes to include accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with departmental budget and forecast variance analysis
- Maintaining process documentation on SharePoint in line with company document control process
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Finance Team and Senior Leadership team as required
Skills & experience:
Essential
- Understanding of double entry.
- Proven track record in finance and accounting roles
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Desirable
- Familiar with NetSuite ERP
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent
- Prior accounting experience in a SaaS business
