In this unusual time of crisis, our first wishes are for the health and well-being of your families and ours.  At the same time, we know that many of our customers will be relying more and more on contact via computer and the internet to work from home, to keep in touch with loved ones, to order groceries, to stay informed and, hopefully, entertained during some of the long days ahead. In response to these issues, we will be doing the following:

UK, US and Swedish Offices - Working from Home but Operational

Following current UK government advice, our staff in the UK, US and Sweden have transferred to home working.  However the good news is that we’re still open and our support line, sales team & order production department are ready and able to answer your questions and deliver your software orders!

Most physical facilities are now shut down, making it difficult for people in their isolated environments to understand what their options are.  We will be offering Dolphin webinars to fill that gap. They’re free and offer a range of training and CPD opportunities for home users, professionals and educators.

Despatch and Delivery – Operational

All electronic software orders continue to ship in their normal timeframe.

Hardware orders, including computers with GuideConnect, SuperNova and Connect & Learn packages, continue to ship. However please be aware that delivery times for hardware orders are slightly longer than normal. We appreciate your patience during these difficult shipping conditions.   

Hardware orders that leave Dolphin’s premises continue to be dispatched following strict hygiene standards. Our team are wearing gloves when assembling your goods and are thoroughly wiping down all items before their despatch. The safety of our customers remains our highest priority.  We work with a number of courier companies to ship goods across the UK and internationally. At the moment these all remain fully operational, but we continue to monitor their service levels closely.
