We're open and here to help

In this unusual time of crisis, our first wishes are for the health and well-being of your families and ours.  At the same time, we know that many of our customers will be relying more and more on contact via computer and the internet to work from home, to keep in touch with loved ones, to order groceries, to stay informed and, hopefully, entertained during some of the long days ahead. In response to these issues, we will be doing the following:


UK, US and Swedish Offices Open & Fully Operational


Following current UK advice, our office remains open for the time being, but out of care for our colleagues, we are reducing the number of people in the office and transferring to home working as much as possible.  However the good news is that we’re still working at full capacity and our support line, sales team & order production department are ready and able to answer your questions and deliver your orders from any location!

We note that many physical facilities have already shut down.  This will make it difficult for people in an isolated environment to understand what their options are.  We will be offering Dolphin webinars to fill that gap. They’re free and offer a range of training and CPD opportunities for home users, professionals and educators.

Despatch and Delivery – Fully Operational

All software and hardware orders continue to ship in their normal timeframes.

Physical items that leave Dolphin’s premises are now dispatched following strict hygiene standards. Our team are wearing gloves when assembling your goods and are thoroughly wiping down all items before their despatch. The safety of our customers remains our highest priority.  We work with a number of courier companies to ship goods across the UK and internationally. At the moment these all remain fully operational, but we continue to monitor their service levels closely.


The Weeks Ahead


Should Government guidelines change, and all our staff are required to self-isolate in their homes, we are confident that we have the technology and automation in place to deliver our full set of services to our clients, both in the UK and internationally.  Please be assured that we will continue to be available for product support, sales and shipping over the coming months and we look forward to hearing from you.
