GuideConnect 1.26 update available

A new update to GuideConnect 1.26 is being rolled out from today.
GuideConnect 1.26 includes a new option to search the Settings list - to make it easier to find the settings you need in GuideConnect. The 1.26 update also includes a range of further improvements for documents, emails and more.
GuideConnect 1.26 is now available for customers in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Denmark and Sweden with additional language releases to follow. The update is being rolled out exclusively to customers who have an active Premium Plan. Find out what’s new in GuideConnect 1.26, how to update and how to try GuideConnect free for 30 days.
New in GuideConnect 1.26
NEW: Search the Settings list
A new search field has been added to the Settings menu in GuideConnect 1.26. This makes it really easy for people using GuideConnect to find the settings they need. It also enables GuideConnect users to change any of the settings from the main settings screen without the need to enter any sub-menus.
To use this new feature, open the Settings menu and the search field is now at the top of the settings list. Simply type (or dictate) a search term into the search field and GuideConnect will list all relevant settings. For example, type ‘Voice’ for a list of all of the options related to voice settings.
Print Preview available in Documents
A new option for ‘Print preview’ has been added to the Print menu. This option enables people using GuideConnect to view their document exactly how it will be printed, before deciding to print it.
In Print Preview, users can also zoom in and out using the F11 and F12 keys, and choose to print the document using the Actions menu.
Additional fixes and improvements
The update to 1.26 also includes fixes and improvements for emails, notifications, speech, websites, voice input, podcasts and more.

How to update to GuideConnect 1.26
GuideConnect 1.26 is exclusively available for all customers with an active Premium Plan.
Updating to the latest version has never been easier. If you are a customer with an active Premium Plan, the 1.26 update will be automatically downloaded while you are using GuideConnect, and then installed the next time you open the program.
Please note - The update to GuideConnect 1.26 will be rolled out to customers in stages over the next few weeks. If you don’t receive the update straight away, please be assured that it’s on its way.
Keep your Premium Plan up to date
You can check whether your Premium Plan is up to date using the menu options in GuideConnect. To do this:
- Open GuideConnect.
- Select ‘Tools’.
- Select ‘About’.
- Select ‘Check my Premium Plan’.
GuideConnect will tell you whether your Premium Plan is active or is due to be renewed.
Keeping your Premium Plan active means you will benefit from:
- Exclusive use of premium features, including accessible video calling and multiple email accounts.
- Regular updates with new features and improvements.
- Priority status with the Dolphin Support Team.
To renew your Premium Plan:
- If you live in the UK, contact the Dolphin team on 01905 754577 and select option 1.
- If you live outside the UK, please contact the company you purchased GuideConnect from.
