Multiple email accounts – Premium Plan feature

If you need to access and use more than one email account, we have great news! The 1.18 update introduces support for multiple email accounts in GuideConnect.

Users with an active Premium Plan can now sign in to as many as four email accounts in GuideConnect at any time. If more than one email account is added to GuideConnect, a message will ask which email account to use when opening the email menu.

Please note - Multiple email accounts is a premium feature, exclusively available for customers with an active Premium Plan.

Further improvements in this update

The update to GuideConnect 1.18 delivers a host of further improvements, including:
  • An option to ‘add fields’ to contacts in the Address Book. This enables users to customise their contacts by adding a second email address or phone number, their birthday, notes about the contact and more.
  • An update to the Scan and Read system. This allows GuideConnect to recognise printed text from a scanner or camera more accurately.
  • A new option to ‘Share this web page’. This makes it much easier to share a web page with a friend by email.
  • We have introduced new settings that make it easier to view the cursor when typing emails or documents.

How to update to 1.18

GuideConnect 1.18 is exclusively available for customers with an active Premium Plan.

Please note - The update to GuideConnect 1.18 will be rolled out to customers in stages over the next few weeks. If you don’t receive the update straight away, please be assured that it’s on its way.
