GuideConnect for Charities & Societies
GuideConnect helps your clients with sight loss to live independently
Charities and sight loss societies that support people with visual impairments in their local community benefit from working with Dolphin Computer Access and introducing GuideConnect to their clients.
GuideConnect is designed and developed to empower your clients, particularly people who are older or less confident with technology. It's an easy-to-use computer programme that assists with day-to-day living. It increases independence, enables connection with others and is an easy way to access entertainment at home.
How GuideConnect Helps

There are so many new and exciting assistive technology products available for people who are blind or partially sighted to use at home.
To help you find the right solution for your clients, Dolphin is offering you a free copy of the Essential Guide to Assistive Technology for the Home.
GuideConnect is an assistive technology for people with visual impairments and deteriorating sight. It is designed and developed to be easy to use, for people who have little experience of technology, who have low vision or limited mobility.
It provides access to entertainment and information, including the internet, books, radio and TV. Plus ways to communicate including email, video calling and printed letters. Most importantly, GuideConnect helps maintain each user's privacy, dignity and independence.
